Tracking Scores

 

EVERY DAY Keep track of a SCORE of your choice. It can be anxiety, depression, stress, happiness, etc.

For example:
- On Monday your anxiety level might be a 3 out of 10 and your depression level might be a 4 out of 10.
- On Tuesday your anxiety level might be a 3.1 out of 10 and your depression level might be a 4.7 out of 10.

 

NEXT, Use the grid in the month view to track trends. If you track more than one score (i.e. both Anxiety and Depression), then you can use different colors for each score.

Note: In the example below, the y-axis of the grid is using a scale from 1-10; however, feel free to use any scale you wish. Also, the color blue has been used for depression and the color red for anxiety.
